PURPOSE: An antibody for detecting salmonella is provided to apply to various biosensors and to quickly detect the presence of pathogenic microorganism. CONSTITUTION: An antibody for detecting salmonella is prediction 7 peptide(15 mer ; KNEDNIWFKRWKQD-C) antibody of Salmonella HilA or prediction 4 peptide(15 mer ; GTDQKIDGDLKFDD-C) antibody of Salmonella FliC. A method for preparing the antibody comprises: a step of selecting a peptide of site with specific antigenecity for domain search; a step of searching hydrophobicity and antigenecity of the selected peptide region; a step of conjugating carrier protein to enhancing antibody titer; a step of immunizing rabbit; and a step of obtaining the antibody from the immunized rabbit.
