<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occrrence of a fault with a simple measure, wherein reading/writing of data is not normally performed for an RFID tag which is an object for reading/writing, since radio waves emitted from the backside of an antenna are reflected at a radio shielding material, and thereby, the reflected waves and radio waves emitted from the surface of the antenna are negated mutually by inverse phase, when the radio shielding material is arranged at the backside side of the antenna in order to prevent incorrect writing to an RFID tag which is not an object for reading/writing. <P>SOLUTION: An RFID tag 201 is conveyed along with a guide route 113. An antenna 103 causes its surface to face at the guide route 113. A reader/writer 104 reads and writes data from and to the RFID tag 201 positioned to the surface side of the antenna 103. A metal radio shielding material 301 is arranged at the backside side of antenna 103.
