摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubrication structure for a multi-speed transmission capable of sufficiently lubricating the whole of an engagement switching mechanism and the total length of a shift rod, without requiring a large actuator. <P>SOLUTION: In this lubrication structure for the multi-speed transmission, a gear shaft 12 having a cam guide groove 12g in a hollow part, has the lubrication structure that a feeding oil introducing hole 12x bored in one end part by communicating the inside and outside, introduces lubricating oil into the hollow part, and an oil feeding groove 12y in the axial direction carved in parallel to the cam guide groove 12g along a hollow part inner peripheral surface, introduces the lubricating oil in the axial direction along the hollow part inner peripheral surface, and an oil feeding hole 12z in the radial direction bored in the radial direction for communicating with the oil feeding groove 12y in the axial direction in a position in the axial direction for positioning a pin member 23, derives the lubricating oil to the engagement switching mechanism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
