<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus having: a constitution in which a secondary transfer cleaning device 15 cleaning a paper conveyance belt 8 is swung together with the belt 8; and the image forming apparatus suppressing the occurrence of a toner lump in a conduit 107 which guides toner from the secondary transfer cleaning device 15 to a toner conveyance pipe 102. <P>SOLUTION: A toner relay section 106 is disposed on the swing axis of a swing support supporting the paper conveyance belt 8 and the secondary transfer cleaning device 15 so that they are swingable.
