PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus for facilitating a setting work.

SOLUTION: An MFP (Multi Function Peripheral) includes a process execution part 57 for executing processes in accordance with setting values, an access control part 53 for accessing a memory card loaded to a serial interface terminal to or from which a computer-readable memory card can be loaded or unloaded, and a setting part 55 for setting values for execution of processes with the process execution part 57 based on the data stored in the memory card. Since the setting values are set based on the data stored in the memory card, the setting work can be easily executed.
