<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust removing device that has a simple mechanism to prevent an expensive constitution having many components, and recovers much of the dust such as scattering toner or paper powder occurring in an apparatus without clogging, remarkably increasing the running cost, or decreasing air volume of exhaust gas flowing inside an exhaust duct; and to provide an image forming apparatus having the dust removing device. <P>SOLUTION: The dust removing device includes an exhaust flow passage for exhausting the air in the image forming apparatus (100) to the outside of the apparatus, a dust collecting filter F for removing the dust contained in the exhaust air disposed in the exhaust duct 30 for performing mechanical exhaustion with a fan (exhaust fan 20), an air flow controlling means 81 provided upstream of the exhausting direction of the dust collecting filter F, and a dust collection recess d for controlling the dust on the top surface of the air flow controlling means (bridge material 81). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
