PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of effectively preventing fraudulent operation of changing set values. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine includes: a profit state-generating means for generating a profit state advantageous to a player based on the result of a lottery executed on condition that a game ball shot by a shooting means is detected by a prescribed starting means; a set value-changing means for changing set values on a plurality of stages based on prescribed operation of changing the set values by a set value change operating means disposed on the rear side of an openable/closable front frame on the front side; and a specific value-setting means for setting a specific value such as a jackpot probability at a value corresponding to the set values after the change. The set value changing means is configured to finalize the set values after the change on condition that a winning detection switch of, for example, a special symbol-starting means disposed on the front side of the front frame is turned on (S37: on).
