PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mill which can surely send tea leaves without retaining the tea leaves between a screw and the inner wall of a shooter. SOLUTION: In the mill having a cylindrical shooter part 424a extending horizontally and the screw 422 which sends the tea leaves supplied to the shooter part 424a toward a rotary blade 426 and a fixed blade 427 which crush the tea leaves by being inserted into the shooter part 424a and rotating, since the axis of the shooter part 424a is made eccentric upward to the rotary shaft of the screw 422, a clearance formed between the inner walls of the shooter part 424a is made narrow below the screw 422, and a clearance formed between the inner walls of the shooter part 424a is made wide above the screw 422.
