A flexible element (9) is provided as a balancing chamber that comprises a gas chamber (7). The flexible element is formed as an integral component of a fastening part, and a sleeve (13) is provided with inner and outer rings. An elastomer part (14) is arranged between the inner and the outer rings, and the flexible element is accommodated within the elastomer part.
