<p>The present invention relates to a message processing method applied to multilink protocol (MP) bundle and apparatus thereof. The method includes the following steps: it is judged whether the first received fragment message is a header fragment message or not; if not, the first fragment message is stored and the following fragment messages are received; when the received fragment message is a header fragment message and when it is confirmed that the header fragment message is the one required for getting into the working state of packet assembly, the working state of packet assembly is got into according to the header fragment message. In the present invention, after the MP bundle has just been initiated, for the first message, its header fragment message may arrive a little later because of link delay, and in this case, the guarantee to no discarding of the entire message, the complement to the normal initiation of the MP bundle, and the improvement to the accuracy of MP bundle packet assembly are enabled by the present invention.</p> |
