<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a terminal device in a radio communication network to be started in a remote manner. <P>SOLUTION: A base station device 110 includes a radio-receiving section 111, a storing section 112, a request-receiving section 114, a determining section 115, and a distributing section 116. The radio-receiving section 111 receives the identification information of the terminal device, from a terminal device located in the surrounding area by radio. The storing section 112 stores the identification information received by the radio-receiving section 111. The request-receiving section 114 receives a start-request, containing identification information of the terminal device to be started from the other communication device. The determining section 115 determines whether the identification information contained in the start request received by the request-receiving section 114 is stored in the storing section 112. When the determining section 115 determines that the identification information is stored in the storing section, the distributing section 116 distributes a starting instruction for the terminal device to be started which is indicated by the identification information by radio to the surrounding area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
