<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device setting the position of a package with respect to a mounting board to match with a predetermined position with a simple structure, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This piezoelectric device 1 has: a package 3 with a piezoelectric vibration piece 2 stored therein; a mounting board 4 for supporting the package 3 through spacers 51-54; position restriction members 7 (metal wires 71-74) arranged on the mounting board 4 for defining the position of the package 3 in at least one direction in a surface direction thereof with respect to the mounting board 4; and an electronic component 6 arranged on the mounting board 4 to be positioned in a space formed by the spacers 51-54 and located between the package 3 and the mounting board 4 for driving the piezoelectric vibration piece 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
