<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a partial program that is fraudulently copied from being executed. <P>SOLUTION: In an information processing apparatus, a storage device 6 stores division codes 8a, 8b, ..., obtained by dividing and encrypting a program code 8. By control of a CPU 5, a division code to be executed is sent to the information processing apparatus 1, and the code processed by the information processing apparatus 1 is developed (loaded) in a memory 7. A decrypting part 2 decrypts a received division code when receiving the division code.
