PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for exhibiting a retrieval word actually used in a web-site as a candidate, when conducting retrieval within the web-site. SOLUTION: A word extracted preliminarily from a web-page in the web-site is exhibited to a user as the retrieval word candidate for executing the retrieval. A combination of words having relevancy actually on a page in the web-site is exhibited as the candidate, when the user inputs a plurality of words as the retrieval words.
