A tube connection component includes; a body defining a through hole in fluid communication with an end of a tube, wherein the body connects a tapered fluid communication hole of a microfluidic device to the end of the tube, and a tapered protrusion which protrudes from the body and is accommodated in the tapered fluid communication hole when the body is fixed to the microfluidic device.
