PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film repairing method and a coating film repairing device which have excellent cooling performance and can control the temperature increase of a coating film. SOLUTION: The coating film repairing device 100 has a polishing means 110 for smoothing a part to be repaired 44 having a mark 46 of removal of foreign matter adhering to the surface 42 of the coating film by polishing, and a cooling mechanism 160 for cooling the part to be repaired 44 during polishing.
