<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily restore a divided locus of a moving body to complete one, by utilizing a traffic line data deleted because of the failure in tracking the same moving body. <P>SOLUTION: A first display part displays a selected traffic line, when the edition-objective traffic line is selected, A second display part displays a camera image detected with the moving body corresponding to the traffic line, by synchronizing with the locus of the traffic line. A division point indication input on the traffic line displayed on the first display part is received thereafter, and the edition-objective traffic line is divided in a division point, when receiving the division point instruction input.
