<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solar cell module device to which a reinforcing frame can be easily mounted. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module device includes a solar cell module 20 which is formed by arranging a plurality of solar cells in line, a substantially rectangle frame 10 which surrounds the circumference of an outer edge of the solar cell module 20 to support the outer edge, the reinforcing frame 3 which is spanned between two opposite sides of the frame 10 and abuts on the rear surface of the solar cell module 20 to support the solar cell module 20 when the solar cell module 20 is bent.
