<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a direction suitably by mounting a direction presentation device on a compacted electronic apparatus and using feelings other than sight and hearing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of rubbing belts 110a and 110b provided freely movably in right and left directions are brought into contact with user's fingers. The rubbing belts 110a and 110b are respectively independently moved to thereby rub a finger coming into contact, making the finger tilt in a direction corresponding to prescribed direction information to be presented.
