<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell panel simple in structure, easy in manufacturing and reduced in cost while maintaining high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell panel includes a pair of bus bars 5 provided on the both poles of a cell integrated element 2, a water-proof sheet 6 formed thereon by laminating a metal film and an insulating film with an opening, a packed bed 3 formed thereon and having an opening 3a which is formed above each opening and is larger than the opening, a protective layer 4 formed on the packed bed 3 and having an opening 4a which is formed above each opening and is larger than the opening, a pair of electrodes 8 connected with the metal film exposed to the opening at one end and drawn out through the opening 4a at the other end, a pair of output cables connected with the respective electrodes 8, a by-pass cable having a by-pass diode on its intermediate part and connecting the pair of output cables with each other, and a terminal box 9 provided on the protective film 4 so as to surround the electrodes 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
