<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CO (carbon monoxide) containing gas leakage monitoring apparatus for rapidly monitoring leakage of CO-containing gas with high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: In the monitoring apparatus, infrared images obtained by infrared cameras 1 and 2 used to image a leakage monitoring spot on CO-containing gas are supplied to an image difference processor 3, and the infrared images difference-processed by the difference processor 3 are displayed on an image display 4 to monitor a leakage of the CO-containing gas. Gas cells 5 and 6 are disposed in front of the infrared cameras 1 and 2, and one gas cell 5 is filled with CO gas while the other gas cell 6 is filled with a gas not containing CO. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
