<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable magnetic ink composition and printed matter using the same; more particularly, to provide an active energy ray-curable magnetic ink composition excellent in storage stability. <P>SOLUTION: This active energy ray-curable magnetic ink composition includes a photopolymerizable acrylate oligomer having an acid number of 50-300 mgKOH/g, a photopolymerizable acrylate monomer, a magnetic powder, a binder resin and a photo initiator as essential components.
