<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance film type touch panel suppressing distortion of display due to deflection deformation by reducing an amount of deflection deformation of a touch side substrate. <P>SOLUTION: In this touch panel, a plurality of projections 13 for contacts, a plurality of projections 14 for spacers, which project higher than the projections 13 for the contacts, and a first resistance film 15 formed so as to cover them are provided on the inside of a touch side substrate 11. A second resistance film 16, in which non-conducting holes 17 with respect to the first resistance film 15 are provided at portions corresponding to a plurality of the projections 14 for spacers, is provided on the inside of the opposite side substrate 12. A plurality of projecting contacts 18 brought into contact with the second resistance film 16 by deflection deformation resulting from touch of the touch side substrate 11 are formed of the plurality of projections 13 for contacts and portions of the first resistance film 15 which cover the projections 13 for contacts. A plurality of columnar spacers 19 abutting on the opposite side substrate 12 to define the gap between the substrates are formed of the plurality of projections 14 for spacers and the portions of the first resistance film 15 which covers the projections 14 for spacers in the non-conducting part 17 of the second resistance film 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
