MOVABLE BREAKWATER AND MOVABLE WAVE BREAKING FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply electric power in the water into equipment mounted in the inside of a movable part of the movable breakwater.

SOLUTION: This movable breakwater 10 has an outer cylindrical pipe 11 and a floating pipe 12 arranged movably in the inside of the outer cylindrical pipe 11 and capable of floating by generating buoyancy by the gas supplied into its inside. Control equipment 21 and a storage battery 22 are arranged in a machine room CR for the floating pipe 12. An electric power receiving part 30B is provided on a lid 17 of the floating pipe 12, and an electric power transmission part 30A is provided in a section of the outer cylindrical pipe 11 opposing to the electric power receiving part 30B. The electric power transmission part 30A converts electric energy into magnetic energy. The electric power receiving part 30B converts the magnetic energy outputted from the electric power transmission part 30A into electric energy and supplies the electric energy after the conversion into the storage battery 22 and the control equipment 21.
