<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and installation means each unnecessary for maintenance of uncultivated ground surface through preventing weeds from intruding into the ground, open spaces, or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The solution is such that: each part of a foundation stratum on the place where crushed stone is spread over as a lower stratum and an upper stratum is allowed to laminate either singly or alternately pure sand and soil and/or soil and sand such as mountainous sand and bark-crushed base material; wherein the thickness of the resulting laminates may be optional such as the amount to be used; however, large amounts of hard-to-decay bark-crushed base materials are used near the surface layer, although not specified.
