<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for genotyping the genes relevant to the sensitivity to warfarin for the safe, rapid and inexpensive determination of the dose of warfarin. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for genotyping at least either of the gene of drug metabolizing enzyme CYP 2C9 or the gene of vitamin K epoxide reductase VKORC1 comprises: the process having a solid specimen containing the genes directly contact the solution containing buffer, DNA polymerase and primer DNA for amplifying the genes; the process of amplifying the genes by adopting a method selected from polymerase chain reaction, LAMP method, strand displacement amplification, reverse transcriptase-strand displacement amplification, reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction, reverse transcription LAMP method, nucleic acid sequence-based amplification, transcription-mediated amplification and rolling circle amplification; and the process of genotyping the genes from the amplified genes.
