PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for integrating non-structural data and structural data by flexibly connecting the non-structural data and the structural data. SOLUTION: A non-structural data-structural data integration device 1001 includes: a text analysis part 40 extracting a keyword from text data of a text database 110; a tabulation key extraction part 20 extracting an important keyword from the keywords, generating an analyzing hierarchical structure from the structural data of a structural database 130, and selecting the analyzing hierarchical structure from the analyzing hierarchical structures as a tabulation key 150 based on the important keyword; a co-occurrence relation generation part 50 creating a co-occurrence table 160 from the tabulation key 150 and the keyword; a non-structural data totaling part 70 totaling text data based on the co-occurrence table 160; a structural data totaling part 80 totaling the structural data based on the tabulation key 150; and an integrated database creation part 140 integrating the totaled text data and structural data, and creating an integrated database 140.
