PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state detection device of a DC power driven type which automatically detects an AC power supply frequency and detects a physical quantity of an object within a period corresponding to the power supply frequency, and to provide a state control device to which the state detection device is applied. SOLUTION: In the state detection device 10 driven by DC power obtained by converting an AC power supply 1 by an external AC-DC insulated power supply 2, one end of a logic transformer 11a included in a logic DC-DC insulated power supply 11 converting the DC power for a CPU logic part 12 is connected to a hum detection capacitor 17 to detect floating capacitance. An output signal of the hum detection capacitor 17 is amplified by a hum detection circuit 16, and the frequency is calculated by a frequency detection part of the CPU logic part 12 to obtain the frequency of the AC power supply 1. The effect of hum noise is eliminated by detecting the physical quantity of the object within the period corresponding to the AC power supply 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
