PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a installation structure for a hydraulic power generation device which efficiently provides a great amount of generated power without enlarging the hydraulic power generation device and is economical and excellent in maintenance. SOLUTION: The installation structure includes a power generation device holding frame body 30 holding a plurality of hydraulic power generation devices 20, 20, ... in parallel, buoyancy tanks 45, 46 disposed at a front part and a rear part of the power generation device holding frame body 30, wires 52, 52 fixed at least to a lower part of the power generation device holding frame body 30 at one-side ends, and an anchor or a weight 53 fixed to other ends of the wires 52, 52. The power generation device holding frame body 30 is opened at an upper side and forms a plurality of power generation device holding parts 38, 38 by partitioning a section between side plates 34, 34 at both sides by partition plates 37, 37, ... Flowing water inlet side windows 39, 39, ... and flowing water discharge side windows 40, 40, ... are formed at front parts and rear parts of the power generation device holding parts 38, 38, ...
