PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an accelerator pedal unit mounting structure capable of stably securing an effect of suppressing rearward movement of an accelerator pedal body when a load is applied from a vehicle front regardless of an impact condition. SOLUTION: In the accelerator pedal unit mounting structure, an accelerator pedal bracket 28 for mounting an accelerator pedal unit 34 on the vehicle body is fastened with a dash cross 20 in an upper fastening part 30, and with a kick reinforcement 26 in a lower fastening part 32, respectively. A broken line part 44 is formed below a fastening position of the accelerator pedal unit 34 of the accelerator pedal bracket 28. At a front collision, the amount of backward movement of the dash cross 20 is larger than that of the kick reinforcement 26. Thus, the accelerator pedal unit 34 falls forward so that the rear movement of a road surface 38 can be suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
