The system has a carbon or carbon nanotube (CNT) structure providing heat for tempering or partial melting or melting of fluid or other solutions in device states. A device connector (5) comprises a current source, voltage source or power source (8) or an external power socket (10) for a supply network to provide electrical supply to a plastic laminate. An ambience measuring device (14) i.e. temperature regulator, is integrated into the system for switching-on or switching-off a heater using a switch box (13). The laminate comprises a lower side and an upper side, which are made of PVC.
