PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-ray reflective film having high shielding properties of heat-rays and transmitting radio waves and visible light, and also a heat-ray reflective structure and a production method thereof. SOLUTION: The heat-ray reflective film has an uneven portion formed by arranging a plurality of recess portions in one surface of the heat-ray reflective film using the surface as a base plane, and a conductive layer on the surface of the uneven portion, wherein the depth of the concave portion is <1 μm, and the conductive layer has a thickness of ≤1 μm, the uneven portion has a slanted side wall, and a projected area A obtained by vertically projecting the slanted side wall of the concave portion onto a horizontal plane, and a projected area B obtained by vertically projecting the entire concave portion onto a horizontal plane, satisfy the following equation: (A/B)×100≥20%.
