摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for boiling brown rice which boils the brown rice softly up to the core even with a normal rice cooker, and makes brown rice delicious, and is highly nutritious without passing complicated steps. <P>SOLUTION: The method for boiling brown rice includes adding water to brown rice brains roughly ground to a size of 1-3 mm in major axis and 0.5-2 mm in minor axis followed by boiling with a rice cooker or a microwave oven. The boiling method brings brown rice to health and nutritive food by adding nothing to brown rice, and causing completely no loss of nutrient from brown rice. Boiled brown rice boiled by the boiling method is delicious, soft, and highly nutritious, and easy to obtain completely without the need of previously shaving the outer skin, adding partly damage, or a step such as swelling and puffing.
