<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hand-rolled Sushi for swallowing food, enabling enjoyment of external appearance and deliciousness almost equal to those of conventional one, in spite of being swallowing food, and especially, using sliced fish of Pandalus borealis as a part of Sushi ingredient. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing the hand-rolled Sushi for swallowing food includes: forming in a bar-like shape, the mixture of Pandalus borealis sliced fish in a pasty form and a liquid added with a gelling agent, cooling the product to obtain jelly-like Pandalus borealis-like Sushi ingredient; and laying the Pandalus borealis-like Sushi ingredient on vinegared rice. In this case, a heated tail part of Pandalus borealis is attached to one end of the jelly-like Pandalus borealis-like Sushi ingredient, and a hardness of the jelly-like Pandalus borealis-like Sushi ingredient is in a range of 1,000-50,000 N/m<SP>2</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
