<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumption, and to improve convenience. <P>SOLUTION: Accessory system loads 34a and 34b, ignition system loads 36a and 36b and a start system load 38 are operated by power from a battery 32. For each of the loads, accessory system operation switches 35a and 35b, ignition system operation switches 37a and 37b and a start system operation switch 39 are provided, respectively. A power supply control device 41 performs a control to start power supply from the battery 32 to the load for each load when operation conditions of the load corresponding to the operated switch are satisfied according to an operation for each switch.
