<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation probability of collision in merging processing by dynamically adjusting a collision determination range or the like in the merging processing of a corporate edition support system according to an edition state. <P>SOLUTION: A file merging part 14 in the corporate edition support server 10 stores a collision determination range used for automatic merging processing, the history of success/failure of merged results, a resolution method of collision due to manual merging processing, etc. in a merging history storage part 15 in each execution of file merging according to a request from a corporate edition support client 20. A collision determination range setting part 16 sets a suitable collision determination range based on the merging history stored in the merging history storage part 15.
