PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear and an insole member thereof which are capable of improving the health of a wearer in the long term, and capable of contributing to the improvement of safety as well. SOLUTION: The insole member of the footwear at least partially contains powder artificial ore at least part of which is iron silicide, and resin in which the artificial ore is mixed and kneaded.
