PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for acquiring monitoring results, in a device for fetching the monitoring results of the state of a battery cell by one monitoring unit using a microcomputer 12 via another monitoring unit, by transmitting signals from one monitoring unit to another. SOLUTION: The monitoring units U1 to U(n-1) output a state monitoring results to a logic synthesizing section 20 via a monitoring unit Un while monitoring units U2n to U(n+2) output the state monitoring results to the logic synthesizing section 20 via a monitoring unit U(n+1).
