PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cordless device and a cordless lamp, wherein a storage battery of a battery pack 2 can safely be refresh-discharged by the cordless lamp itself, a necessary place is brightly lighted up without darkening surroundings by a reflector 8 in which flat surfaces are combined, and a placed point is immediately known even in a dark place by a fluorescence seal 9. SOLUTION: The cordless lamp is provided with a refreshment circuit which refresh-discharges the storage battery of the battery pack 2, the reflector 8 in which the flat surfaces are combined in a concave shape is placed on a back surface side of a fluorescent tube 3, and a fluorescence seal 9 is affixed to a fluorescent tube cover 4.
