<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device having excellent imaging performance, and to provide a microscope provided with the image forming device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The microscope 100 with the imaging device is constituted of: the imaging device 110 consisting of an objective lens L0 having a function of condensing light from an object, an imaging lens L1 which images light emitted from the objective lens L0, a negative lens L2 which converts an imaging light flux emitted from the imaging lens into an approximate parallel light flux, a light flux division element 20 which divides the approximately parallel light flux into at least two or more light fluxes, and positive lenses L31-L33 which are provided on each optical path of the light flux divided by the light flux division element 20, have functions of imaging each of the divided light fluxes, at least one of which is fixed on the optical path, and the remaining of which are movable along an optical axis on the optical path; and an image pickup device 40 which detects an image formed by the imaging device 110.
