PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor with a high adhesive strength of resin covering an outer periphery of an assembly of a magnetic core and a coil, a coil molding suitable for this reactor, a method of manufacturing this coil molding, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the reactor. SOLUTION: The reactor 1 is equipped with: a magnetic core 11; a coil molding 12A which is arranged at the magnetic core 11; and an outer resin part 13 which covers the outer periphery of the assembly 10 of the magnetic core 11 and the coil molding 12A. The coil molding 12A is provided with: coils constituted by spirally winding a winding 12W; and an inner resin part 12c which holds the shapes of the coils. A curved surface 120A continued to an installation surface of the inner resin part 12c has an irregularity. This irregularity increases a contact area of the coil molding 12A and structural resin of the outer resin part 13, and enhances the adhesion. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
