PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanofiber-producing apparatus which can easily change the kind of produced nanofibers. SOLUTION: This nanofiber-producing apparatus 100 for electrically drawing a raw material liquid 300 in a space to produce the nanofibers 301 includes a feeding device 107 for force-feeding the raw material liquid 300, a guide pipe 114 for guiding the raw material liquid 300 force-fed from the feeding device 107, a hollow outflow member 115 for flowing out the raw material liquid 300 fed from the guide pipe 114 into the space with a pressure and a rotation, a shaft member 116 which is rotatably connected to the hollow outflow member 115 in a fluid-tight state, into which the guide pipe 114 is inserted, and which is connected to the guide pipe 114 in a fluid-tight state, a driving device 117 for rotating the hollow outflow member 115, and a charging device 111 for electrically charging the raw material liquid 300 through the hollow outflow member 115.
