PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably suppress a rise in acceleration of the chest of an occupant at vehicle collision. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat 2 has a support 20 for supporting a cushion member 7. A frame body 10 and the support 20 are assembled with each other with a clearance on the top side thereof. Further, at the clearance, a deformable member 40 capable of absorbing the impact load through deformation is provided to allow movement to the frame body 10 side of the support 20 with the impact load generated upon vehicle collision absorbed by the deformation of the deformable member 40.
