PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pitch pattern normalization method, etc. for absorbing differences in voice among speakers, and generating a more smooth and accurate actual pitch pattern. SOLUTION: An input voice is converted into a voice signal. Time series data of a fundamental frequency of the voice is extracted form the voice signal as an actual pitch pattern using a predetermined signal process, and the extracted actual pitch pattern is approximated by the linear sum of the cascaded first-order model of two or more degrees.
