Disclosed is a tube which has good transparency, flexibility and solvent adhesion, while exhibiting excellent clamp resistance, anti-conglutination properties and kink resistance at the same time. Also disclosed is a medical device using the tube. Specifically disclosed is a tube which is obtained by forming a resin composition that contains a styrene thermoplastic elastomer (a) and a polypropylene resin (b), but does not contain a softening agent. The elastomer (a) is a hydrogenated block copolymer which is configured of a polymer block (A) that is composed of an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymer block (B) that is composed of isoprene and/or 1,3-butadiene. The polymer block (A) content before hydrogenation is 5-40% by mass, and the hydrogenation ratio of the polymer block (B) is not less than 70%. The content of 1,2-bonds and 3,4-bonds in the polymer block (B) is 30-85% by mole, and the mass ratio of the styrene thermoplastic elastomer (a) to the polypropylene resin (b), namely (a)/(b) is within the range from 90/10 to 40/60. The ratio of the diffraction peak intensity at a scattering angle of 14° [I(14)] to the diffraction peak intensity at a scattering angle of 15° [I(15)], namely I(14)/I(15) in the X-ray diffraction pattern is not less than 1.4. Also specifically disclosed is a medical device using the tube.
