<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coating equipment having an inspection device for evaluating density of a coating material and uniformity of an applied amount just before the coating material is applied to a web. <P>SOLUTION: In the coating equipment 1 wherein a collector 2 is continuously sent out and an electrode mixture 3 is continuously applied to the surface of the collector 2 by a coater 5, the coating equipment 1 has the inspection device 10 at an upstream side of the coater 5 in a flowing direction of the electrode mixture 3, and the inspection device 10 continuously measures a chamber 11 having a flowing passage 12 where the electrode mixture 3 flows at a stratified state and an ultrasonic signal to the coating material in the flowing passage 12 by an ultrasonic sensor 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
