<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement display device, having a function of performing adjustment processing simultaneously with a customer's act for selecting a desired service by an information record medium such as a non-contact IC card. <P>SOLUTION: This advertisement display device includes a front board 101 provided with an antenna 102 for communicating with a non-contact information record medium, and has a function of writing and reading information to and from the information record medium adjacent to the antenna 102.
