<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein there is a possibility that properties (material, shape or the like) of a pan cause a large error in measurement of the temperature of the pan. <P>SOLUTION: This heating cooker includes: a top plate 3 to be loaded with a heated container 6 in the top surface thereof; a current carrying coil 27 arranged under the top plate 3 to heat the heated container 6; and an infrared ray sensor 28 arranged under the top plate 3 to detect the amount of the infrared ray from the bottom surface of the heated container 6 and the amount of the infrared ray generated in the top plate 3. The current carrying coil 27 has concentrically arranged two coils different in diameter from each other, and the infrared ray sensor 28 is arranged at a nearly middle position of the outer diameter of the outside coil to avoid interference with the inside coil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
