PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-processing device and an image forming device capable of preventing the occurrence of feeding failure caused by curling of a paper sheet in the post-processing device even when a curled paper sheet is introduced into the post-processing device. SOLUTION: The post-processing device 20 includes a guiding and feeding path 22, a processing tray 24, a post-processing unit 26, a paper ejecting tray 28, an upper paper ejecting roller 229, a lower paper ejecting roller 244, and a controller 50. The upper paper ejecting roller 229 and the lower paper ejecting roller 244 are provided on an end portion of the processing tray 24 close to the paper ejecting tray 28 to be contactable with and separable from each other. The controller 50 controls operation of at least the upper paper ejecting roller 229 and the lower paper ejecting roller 244. The controller 50 brings the upper paper ejecting roller 229 and the lower paper ejecting roller 244 into pressure contact with each other until a tip of a first paper sheet of one group of paper sheets to be simultaneously post-processed is contacted to the paper ejecting tray 28 at the latest.
