<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that in a mobile communication apparatus operated by a battery which can be repeatedly charged for use, optimal timing of charging suitable for a user is not known since utilization states are different depending on the life styles of the users. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mobile communication apparatus comprises a charging time control unit which records the date and time of charging as charging time data for calculating the next scheduled charging time from a plurality of pieces of charging time data.
